Working with tools like the Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model Method® therapy balls empower the participant to create their own body map. I teach participants to be a student of their own body, breath and intuition. 70% of adults in the U.S. have experienced some type of traumatic event at least once in their lifetime. Sometimes trauma can leave the person dissociating from their body. Private rolling sessions safely help to build the bridge back into better body awareness and to release tension that may have been stored there for years possibly creating physical and emotional ailments.
